What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase.
Products in original, unused condition can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase from our online store.
To be eligible, items must retain all original features, with no signs of wear. Packaging, labels, and tags should remain intact and unaltered.
Please note that used items are not eligible for return.To initiate a return, please reach out via Instagram Direct or WhatsApp.
The buyer is responsible for returning the product via a courier of their choice to the designated address.
When will I get my order?
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Standard delivery time is 2–3 business days from the date the order is placed.
If you require urgent delivery, please get in touch we’ll do our best to accommodate and advise on available options.

Each month, we dedicate a portion of our proceeds to supporting animal welfare across the UAE.
With the number of abandoned animals increasing, particularly in the lead-up to summer support is directed where it’s needed most, from shelters to independent rescuers and urgent cases requiring immediate care.
