For Cash Payments
• Refunds can be issued immediately upon returning the item to the designated return location at the agreed date and time.
Delivery Fee
• Refunds are only issued in full. Therefore, before initiating the refund process, you will receive a payment link to cover the initial delivery fee of AED 20.
